Pai expanded from the UK to retailers in the USA, EU, Australia and Asia with over two thirds of sales coming from export, mainly USA & France.
Initially we sold via our international websites, followed by Amazon, independent retailers and then large chains, including Sephora.
This involved local teams on the ground, market days, press events, regulatory and tax compliance and working with 3PLs.
In 2016, Pai won the Queens Award for Export.
