Sarah & Ed have been on Pai's board since we sold it to Clarins in 2023.
In early 2025 the board asked us to help secure a sale of the business. It was an intensive period of preparing the deal documents and talking to potential partners in the UK, Europe, USA and Middle East.
We put together Pai's acquisition by HSNF, a trade buyer, in November 2025 and returned as co-CEOs for a transition period during 2026.
